Hi, my name is Lara and I provide Yoga classes and wellness workshops to Corporate, Private and Group clients. I spent two years in the Finance Industry in London and noticed how difficult it can be to put your own mental and physical well-being first when you are pressured to prioritize your professional obligations. I had been practicing Yoga for about 5 years and felt that it improved my outlook, self-confidence and ability to handle stressful situations. So, I thought it would only be natural to start sharing it with colleagues at work. After seeing how beneficial it was to the team I decided it was time for me to travel to India and learn as much as I could about the history, philosophy and meaning of Yoga.
To me Yoga is about finding peace, harmony and joy in everyday activities.
